Find your flow through mindful movements and gentle awareness. This restorative class combines strength, length and mobility, helping you find the perfect balance from the inside out.
All you you need is a yoga mat, bolsters, pillows, straps, and blocks are optional but recommended to support your body into deeper relaxation
I will provide options for purchase if you need some direction.
